Grilled Walleye

Here's a quick and very easy way to cook any kind of lake fish (walleye, northern, bass, crappies, sunfish).

After you have filleted your freshly caught or store bought fish grab yourself a big piece of tin foil.  Lay your fillet on the tin foil.  Now take one fresh lemon and cut it in half so that you can squeeze all the juice on top of your fish.  Make sure the tin foil is made into boat like fashion as seen below.  Also cut up a half stick of butter into cubes and spread around the fish.  I like to use just salt and pepper so you can enjoy the full flavor of the fish.

When this is done seal up your fish and set it on your grill.  Check it every 5 to 10 minutes as it should not take more then 20 minutes or a half hour to cook.  It will be done when the fish starts to flake by the touch of a fork.  ENJOY
